ACLU challenges Arkansas adoption law
The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a lawsuit to challenge a new Arkansas law that prevents unmarried couples who live together from being adoptive or foster parents.
Act 1 -- approved by Arkansas voters in November -- limits adoptions to married couples, effectively barring singles, unmarried heterosexual partners, and homosexuals from adopting children. Jerry Cox of the Family Council Action Committee of Arkansas expected the lawsuit but believes the amendment is in the best interest of the children.

By stable family life I can only be referring to the God ordained married male/female relationship. Many studies have proven that children prosper when raised by their biological mother and father. Adopted children and natural children always mature properly when there is a male and female role models in the home. I want to stress the male role model is from a mature actual male, not a female that thinks that she should be a male. And the female role model is an actual female not a male that thinks he should be a female.
A child can not learn male responsibilities from a female. And visa versa. There is only one form of family that has proven over the millennia to be proper and effective producing mature, unconfused children capable of handling all that life sometimes throws at you. The ACLU has always attacked the traditional family. They support anarchy at every level. Their founder, Roger Baldwin, declared that his goal was to eliminate God and bring America down to the level of communism.
The ACLU has been very successful only because they have managed to get many of their former attorneys into judicial positions. These ACLU card carrying judges, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg being one, have throw our Constitution out the window in their efforts to remove all moral boundaries from American society. I have heard that 70% of the judges Bill Clinton nominated were former ACLU attorneys. We saw very few judges approved during the Bush administration because the Democrats did not approve of his choice of judges. They were all Constitutional, pro-life, pro-family judges.
The ACLU is a cancer to America and needs to be stopped. They want to allow not just pornography, but child pornography, same-sex marriage, polygamy, abortion for any reason. They want it legal for an adult to have sex with a child of any age and gender. No restrictions at all. This is not what our Founding Fathers envisioned for America. Until the American people decide that enough is enough, the ACLU will continue to take our rights and our way of life away from us.
