Illegal Immigrant Arrested 7 Times For Drunk Driving! Why was he not deported? – Ed
A 26-year-old man has been sentenced to 30 months in prison following his seventh conviction for driving while under the influence of intoxicants.
Deschutes County Judge Stephen Tiktin ruled that Rafael Diaz-Quintana is ineligible for early release and is barred from participating in any rehabilitation programs. Tiktin says rehab programs are unsuitable for someone incapable of reform.
Diaz-Quintana is subject to a U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement hold and will likely be deported after his release.

Obama campaign org politicizes 9/11 - calls protestors 'right-wing domestic terrorists'

President Obama's campaign organization, Organizing for America, goes way, way too far.
Team Obama wants to use 9/11 to push back against protesters, referred to as "Right-Wing Domestic Terrorists" by calling Senators in support of the Obamacare public government option.
Today, the Obama campaign folks sent out a notice to "grassroots" supporters about the planned 9/11″health care organizing event":
What day? Our US Senators return to DC the Tues after Labor Day. That next FRIDAY, Sep 11, is Patriot Day, designated in memory of the nearly three thousand who died in the 9/11 attacks.
All 50 States are coordinating in this - as we fight back against our own Right-Wing Domestic Terrorists who are subverting the American Democratic Process, whipped to a frenzy by their Fox Propaganda Network ceaselessly re-seizing power for their treacherous leaders.
The offensive notice has been scrubbed from the Organizing for America website, but I was able to get the following screenshot . . .

American Life League President on Kennedy Funeral: "Beyond Anything I have Witnessed in 65 Years"
Each of us who believe in the justice and mercy of God are called, as an act of charity, to pray for the repose of the soul of the deceased. However, there are some rubrics of decorum that should - at the very least - have been respected over this past weekend. I speak, of course, of the grandiose funeral ceremonies, particularly the Catholic funeral Mass, for Senator Edward M. Kennedy.
The entire travesty, from the television cameras to spectacle itself, goes beyond anything I have witnessed in my more than 65 years of life. In fact, while we all thought the appearance of President Barack Obama at the University of Notre Dame was a scandal, the very idea that he offered a eulogy in a basilica, while the real presence of Christ was in the tabernacle, is perhaps the most dastardly thing I have ever seen. (Amen!)
America witnessed this nation's most avid supporter of abortion on demand, standing in a Catholic basilica, during the Mass, speaking of a fellow pro-abort in glowing terms! That alone is such an insult to Christ that words simply cannot express my sorrow. Yet a greater source of sadness is that the Cardinal Sean O'Malley, of the Archdiocese of Boston, looked on as though insulting Christ Himself were an everyday occurrence. - Judie Brown, President

Ben & Jerry's ice cream honors same-sex 'marriage'
Same-gender marriage is now legal in The Green Mountain State, and Ben & Jerry's has announced that it will temporarily change its "Chubby Hubby" ice cream to "Hubby Hubby" in honor of homosexual marriage. Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth about Homosexuality tells OneNewsNow that companies like Ben & Jerry's neglect to talk about the dangers of the lifestyle.
"Besides the health aspects, there's also the fact that homosexual behavior is opposed by God, and that's something that we should take seriously," he contends. "All homosexual behavior is sinful, and regardless of what liberals say or what Ben & Jerry's puts on a tub of ice cream, that remains the case."
The public can react by not buying the ice cream products, LaBarbera suggests -- but adds that Ben & Jerry's is probably impervious to conservative criticism at this point.



Controversial U.K. Mayor Cuts Gay Pride Funding, Pledges End to Political Correctness in Government
The recently elected mayor of Doncaster, in South Yorkshire, has infuriated Britain's politically powerful homosexualist lobby by attempting to withhold local funding for this year's Gay Pride celebrations. The funding for this year's event in June went through, but Mayor Peter Davies, a member of the English Democrat party and the father of Tory MP Philip Davies, has scrapped all future funding for the annual Gay Pride event.
"I'm not a homophobe," he said, "but I don't see why council taxpayers should pay to celebrate anyone's sexuality."

Voters to decide the fate of marriage in Maine
The governor of Maine has signed a formal proclamation putting the state’s gay marriage law up for a vote in November.

On Facebook, MySpace? Obama's got your e-mail
The White House is hiring a contractor to harvest information about Americans from its pages on social networking websites such as Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, YouTube and Flickr.
The National Legal and Policy Center, or NLPC, revealed the White House New Media team is seeking to hire a technology vendor to collect data such as comments, tag lines, e-mail, audio and video from any place where the White House "maintains a presence" – for a period of up to eight years.
"The contractor shall provide the necessary services to capture, store, extract to approved formats, and transfer content published by EOP (Executive Office of the President) on publicly-accessible web sites, along with information posted by non-EOP persons on publicly-accessible web sites where the EOP offices under PRA (Presidential Records Act) maintains a presence," the posting states. – Read entire article here: http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=108696



Green Jobs Czar shows his racism and hatred for America. - Ed
Van Jones, this year, attended a forum to promote Barack Obama’s agenda and, when asked how Republicans were able to block Obama’s agenda, repeated called them a**holes. He then said people around Barack Obama would need to get “uppity” to deal with the Republicans.
Barack Obama started his political career in the living room of the cop killing terrorist Bill Ayers. It has been clear ever since that he was a radical. Now he is importing the same wholesale into the White House. He is doing it by creating “Special Advisors” or “Czars” who get your tax dollars to oversee powerful policy making decisions without ever getting vetted by Congress.
It is also most likely no coincidence that one of the first people to shed light on Van Jones was Glenn Beck and it is now Van Jones’s own organization, Color of Change, that is leading the boycott of Glenn Beck. - Erick Erickson

Parents rebel against Obama TV speech to schools
Parents across the country are rebelling against plans by President Barack Obama to speak directly to their children through the classrooms of the nation's public schools without their presence, participation and approval.
The plans announced by Obama also have been cited as raising the specter of the Civilian National Security Force, to which he's referred several times since his election campaign began, but never fully explained.
"He's recruiting his civilian army. His 'Hitler' youth brigade," wrote one participant in a forum at Free Republic.
"I am not going to compare President Obama to Hitler. We'll leave that to others and you can form your own opinions about them and their analogies. ... However, we can learn a lot from the spread of propaganda in Europe that led to Hitler's power. A key ingredient in that spread of propaganda was through the youth," wrote a blogger at the American Elephant blog, where the subject of the day was a national "Keep-Your-Child-at-Home-Day."



“I pledge to be of service to Barack Obama”
A school principal has apologized for showing a video at an assembly that a politically conservative group leader is calling “radical, leftist propaganda.”
Children at Eagle Bay Elementary School in Farmington were shown a short video called “I pledge” on Aug. 28. The video opens with an image of President Barack Obama and part of a speech in which he says, “Let us summon a new spirit of patriotism, of responsibility where each of us resolves to pitch in and work harder and look after not only ourselves but each other.” The video then features celebrities making pledges about how they will help the president and the world — and that’s where some say the problem lies…
… Gayle Ruzicka, president of conservative Utah Eagle Forum, said the video was blatantly political. She said other offensive pledges included, “I pledge to be of service to Barack Obama,” “I pledge allegiance to the funk, to the united funk of funkadelica,” and pledges to not use plastic grocery bags and not flush the toilet after urinating.- Michelle Malkin

Bipartisan plan would end ACORN electioneering
Two frequent political rivals are joining forces to pursue radical changes to the nation's voter-registration system, a bid aimed in part at eliminating massive voter drives by groups such as ACORN that last year saw people fraudulently registering under the names of cartoon characters and sports figures.
The two prominent election lawyers - who advised Sens. John Kerry and John McCain during their respective presidential campaigns - want states to place the name of every eligible citizen on the voter rolls, rather than having people affirmatively register to vote, as they do now.
Another key objective: to modernize the registration process so it no longer depends so heavily on postcards and paper forms, said officials at the Pew Center on the States, a nonpartisan group that is backing the effort.

Limit Access to ‘Unhealthy’ Restaurant Chains
A newly released report by the Institute for Medicine and the National Research Council details strategies for local governments to combat what it calls an epidemic of childhood obesity, including enacting zoning and land-use regulations that would "restrict fast food establishments near school grounds and public playgrounds."
The report, "Local Government Actions to Prevent Childhood Obesity," was compiled by the Committee on Childhood Obesity Prevention Actions for Local Governments, a committee of health care professionals, academics, and policy makers. The report offers nine "action strategies" for healthy eating and three "actions for increasing physical activities." - Penny Starr

On December 16th, 1773, "radicals" from Marlborough, Massachusetts, threw 342 chests of tea from three British East India Company ships into Boston Harbor in protest of oppressive taxation and tyrannical rule. They wrote of their actions, "A free-born people are not required by the religion of Christ to submit to tyranny, but may make use of such power as God has given them to recover and support their ... liberties."

U.S. Rep Broun warns of dictatorship
U.S. Rep. Paul Broun is again raising the specter of Democrats turning the United States into a totalitarian state.
Broun, R-Athens, apparently has not changed his belief that President Obama may be a fascist since he made similar remarks in Augusta in November and then in an Associated Press interview.
He told a meeting of the Morgan County Republicans on Wednesday night that Obama already has or will have the three things he needs to make himself a dictator: a national police force, gun control and control over the press.



AIDS Cases Up in Gay Men
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced this week that gay- and bisexual-identified men are 50 times more likely to have AIDS than any other group. One-half of the HIV cases diagnosed each year in the U.S. are within the gay community.
Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius promised those attending the CDC's annual conference that the government wants to double the effort to reduce new infections.
Dr. David Stevens, CEO of the Christian Medical & Dental Associations, said that is throwing good money after bad.
"We spend millions and millions of dollars on education and prevention programs," he said, "but those are often ignored by the homosexual community."

I thank You Father that you are revealing to the people of this nation that you are bringing this nation back to its foundational roots. I thank You that whether they be elected or appointed, if they are hindering that process or opposed to righteousness, that you are exposing them and removing them. I thank You that with each election between now and the time Jesus returns we will see the ungodly and the unrighteous removed from office and be replaced with godly, righteous, Spirit filled men and women of God.
We pray that as a nation, we will hide Your Word in our hearts, that we might not sin against thee; that we would walk by faith not by sight; that we would love You with all of our heart, soul, mind and strength, and our neighbor as ourselves; that we would diligently obey Your voice, and cleave to you; for You are our life and the length of our days, and Father, without You, we can do nothing. Grant our request, according to 2 Chronicles 7:14, in Jesus Name.
